Help with premiere pro 2 please!

   Hello,

    

   I am new to this community but plan on becoming a very active member. For my first post I have a huge problem I can't figure out. I'm attempting to import video (.avi) however when I do only the audio plays back in the source monitory. I don't think it's the codecs as I am pretty sure all my codecs are up to date, and just to be safe I installed the K-lite codec pack, but still no video.

   Any suggestions?

   Assuming that when you import other video it displays properly, it actually may actually be a codec issue.

   If you are running on windows you can use gSpot to identify the codec used in the video and whether or not you have it installed.
