HELP! Rights question on music--for my documentary

    Does anyone have any ideas about what rules apply to this situation...My documentary features an Elvis impersonator. SHE sings to kareoke music, "It's now or never". Now, in order to use that footage, #1 is there somewhere to look for the rights of the kareoke music itself? #2 she sings it as impersonation, does it matter and as this song belonging to elvis where do I look?

    Please let me know where I should look. I'd love to use this for the movie.
