I'm trying to make video game trailers, however, I don't see how to get footage of what Im doing on the computer recorded for video editing. I've tried using Fraps, and some other software but I'm still experiencing dropped frames. I thought that if I could use the signal from my video card to another recording source my problem would be solved. I just can't find a camera or piece of equipment that has a divx, or S-video input. Whats the best way to get my on-screen footage (of high fps gameplay) recorded for editing? Thanks Feel free to send any replies to my email. Aaron

Would this work for you? http://www.amazon.com/Gamebridge-AVC-1400-USB-Cnct-Xbox/dp/B000DLBAFU

(I've never used it, but the reviews are pretty good)
