H264 exporting for vimeo

    Ok, I've tried it.  And when I put it up on vimeo, half way thru the playback, I get this hissing sound, the video is there, but the audio just turns to static.

   Can anyone please walk me thru the export options in FCP to get this to work?

   You can find the compression guidelines for Vimeo at:

   http://www.vimeo.com/help/compression

   This should do the trick.

   It seems to me, and a host of others lately, that Vimeo quality has turned rather sucky. I've noticed some issues on virtually everything I've viewed over the past few months.
