gr-d275uS JVC MINI DV CAN'T CLOSE THE TAPE COMPARTMENT?????

   After i eject the tape today,now every time i close the tape compartment the assembly don't retrieve inside of the camera with or without the tape inside ,it open and i manually close but the tape assembly box stays outside,is anybody here ever experience that problem??.Thx for your answer.
