Glowing effect with avid media composer

    Hello! I am interested in creating a GLOW coming from a box that a girl is holding (like something lit up in the box). Is there anything I can use/composite in avid w/o getting into after effects? If I had to do after effects where would I look?

   BCC glow is cool. You can use some rays with it too.

   also, check into genarts sapphire pacjage. It's quite worth it and has a bunch of different glows and glints.
