Focus FS-H200 DTE battery eject problem!

   If anyone owns a Focus FS-H200 DTE, could you please fill me in if you are experiencing battery eject complications? They work wonders and I love them, however, the battery seems to be jammed. The eject button won't release it. Does anyone have this problem with the battery and eject button? Any information would help. Thanks!
