Flipping a shot Vertical?

   I have a scene in my movie, in which it was shot from a upside position, but i want to flip it vertical...when i do, there is a green line going through the whole scene, its weird looking, does anyone know how it fix this?

   What format? Can you get screen grabs? I ran into similar problem with the green line but in a different situation editing RED proxies using Final Cut Pro. I did a software update and that solved the problem.

   If that no worky, hop into After Effects and use basic 3D from perspective.
