Final Cut Pro - Audio is cutting out, I need help

   Ok so I'm working on this video right now and everytime I play it the sound is cutting out. I mean, the sound doesn't go away but it's like, it starts then 1 sec lag, comes back, 1 sec lag... but if I play the main source it's fine, audio is amazing... but then I watch my sequence and the sound is coming and going but when it goes it's like 1 second or less. Anyone know what's going on? Please help.
