   fest-EYE-ful, held in Texarkana, TX each spring, is now accepting entries for its 4th annual video and independent film festival, to be held April 23 - 25, 2004.
   
   The Independent Film Channel (IFC), a sponsor of the fourth annual event, will air fest-EYE-ful's "Best of Festival" winning entry on May 1 and May 8, 2004. IFC is sponsoring the festival as part of its commitment to support community events that boost awareness of independent film and provide opportunities for filmmakers.
   
   Entries can be in any genre or category, but should not exceed 15 minutes in length. Entry fee is $20. For more information, please visit our website at http://www.festeyeful.org, or call 903-277-1236.
   
   fest-EYE-ful, established in 2001, is Texarkana's annual indie film and video festival, held each Spring as part of the Texarkana Regional Arts and Humanities Council's "Jump, Jive & Jam Fest" and is designed as a showcase event for works by local, regional, national, and international independent film and video artists and features a variety of hands-on, interactive workshops led by professionals in the fields of digital video production and independent filmmaking, as well as manufacturer displays of some of the latest in digital video hardware and software.
