FCE and HDV-HD60p

    Capturing HDV-HD60p into FCE 4.0.1 CAN I?

   If I can indeed do this, what codec should I use? I've tried the AIC 720p30 but still not totally satisfied with the output it iDVD. Is there a workaround? Any suggestions to get it in and out of FCE at best possible quality.

   It was recorded with a JVC GY HD200U that is also giving me attitude in capturing! Maybe its a JVC issue, but the footage is recording an extra 6 frames after each stop/start and capturing each as a separate clip! Anyone else using the same camera having the same problems?

   OH I miss analog!

    in your capture settings there should be an option for HDV that also specifies your resolution and frame rate. Choose the appropriate option.
