Encore CS3 and Server 2003 O.S.

   I'm running Server 2003 on a Dell Precision 690 with dual quad core xeon procs. Encore is locking up in the "Build". Has anyone tried this combination yet? I'm reverting back to 2.0 to see if it works without locking up with that version.
