Editing software to rotate the image by 90 degree?

   Hello,
   
   I have a video that was filmed with a Sony camcorder by holding the camcorder vertically. In order to view this video properly, I have to rotate the image by 90 degrees. Is there any editing software that can do that? I would like to retain the original sound that was recorded.
   
   The camcorder is Sony DCR-HC40. Software that comes with this camcorder does not have any such features.
   
   Any help is greatly appreciated.

   Premiere will do this, and probably anything in its class too. There's a rotate effect in one of the transformation effects (I'm exporting now or I'd check), probably transform.
