DVD, Software, & Burner

   I am presently looking for dual layered DVDs (DVD-9s), a DVD-9 burner and some hi end software to at least give my production somewhat of a versatility with extreme quality. If anyone has any suggestions I would be very grateful. Thanks!

   I'm investigating DVD authoring software to try to find a solution that fits my needs.
   Certain brands of software offer DLT exporting and make a big deal how important it is.
   Can anyone tell me what it is and why its so important?
   The DVDs I want to make will be used as the "masters" for training videos that I sell.
   Any recommendations or helpful info would be greatly appreciated.
