    Hi,
I've been burning DVDs for over a year, and haven't had any serious problems with the burned discs until recently. Some of my customers are now complaining that the DVDs that we burned skip and won't play. The disks aren't scratched or anything...and it's been over six months since the disks have been burned... so...does anyone know what the problem might be?
    Thanks,
    David

    There could be many variables...
Maybe the customer got a new DVD player and there is a compatibility issue there (i doubt this since new players better support -R or +R)

Maybe the DVD's have aged and deteriorated past the point of playing properly... CD-R's have been reported to become unreadable after some time.

Did you put a label on the disc? Maybe the label came unglued and now interfere's with playback.

Those are some of my guesses.
