DV files 4:3 and 16:9

   On my hard disc I have many files that I downladed from DV cameras JVC, Sony and Panasonic, PAL.
   Some of them are in 4:3, and some in 16:9 format Anamorphic.
   How can I do a montage of 4:3 (Anamorphic) and 16:9 files in Final Cut Express, that is on my iMac in FCE shown as a 4:3, not as the other as 16:9?
   Inside one project in FCE, I have files in 16:9 and 4:3 (Anamorphic file shown as 4:3, but really 16:9). What I have to do with him?
   Please, write to me everything... step by step.
   Friend explained me something, but not enough.
