DSLR footage with SD

   I have shot the video with canon 7D in south Africa to finish  the job that I have started in SD. I want my final product in sd. but when Scale down my 1920x1080 to 720x576 I loose lot of quality. can anyone help me with Idea on how to tackle this without  loosing the quality? I use both CS5 and final cut 6.. but will prefer  help in CS5 coz  I am much familiar with it. lease eel free to inbox me. any help will b much appreciated.

    You'll not lose any quality scaling video down... just when you scale it up. Dont go by sd rez, just scale down to your liking, letterboxed or cropped.
