  1. I have a video recording at the lenght from 10 minutes where I want to delete the 6 of them in Premiere, with other words delete the 6 minutes permanently from my hard drive so useless substance does not fill up my hard disk. Can I do that? If yes, how do I do it?

Import the footage to Premiere Pro and drag it to the timeline. Use the
"Razor Tool" to cut/remove the 6 minutes you don't want and then deleted
that footage. Drag your desire footage to the beginning of the timeline
and then export it to a video format that works for you. After you
exported the file look at it and be sure everything is the way you want
(cut in the right place, video and audio quality is good) then deleted
the original file. Be careful, once you deleted the original file from
your hardrive you will not be able to get it back.

The meaning of a movie are the characters, the life of the movie is the music, but the magic is in the editing.
