CS3 says out of memory when rendering

   When I render in PPro CS3, it will stop and say I am out of memory even though I know I have plenty. It says to go into Edit, Prefs, General, and set Optimize Rendering for Memory, and I do that but still get the same stoppage when I try to render.

   This can also be caused by not a large enough Windows Paging File or not enough contiguous space for creating temp files.

   Have you defragmented your drives lately?  Increase the Paging File size may also help.

   I had this problem with After Effects, turned out I had to uninstall itunes and go to an older version of quicktime...it sounds like an unrelated fix, but it worked
