looking to build my reel for tv commercial productions. anyone heard about any corporate video contests where they have you make a commercial for them?

It's a video contest sponsored by CD Baby and MoonPie. I'm a huge fan of this Van Zant guy. Saw him live in Bonita Springs, FL last year when I was visiting some family. That show straight up changed my life man! They are just starting on this contest. If you get your vid in soon, you could be a shoe in to win. Great exposure opportunity too.

love these companies that want us to shoot commercials for them for free lmao

this VanZant one looks like it is just for fun tho. judging by the sample vids that they put up, it looks like his handlers have some decent production firepower behind them. wonder if they are looking to hire!
