Contract to sell my movie

    Hello everyone, i was wondering if anyone knows where i can find a contract to sell my movie, i have a buyer, and i would like to sell my movie to this indivdual, i want it legal, legit, so i can file it on my taxes, and this buyer have full control of the movie. Thanks

   Regardless of how much, or little, income, control or say-so  you want to maintain in the conveyance of your creative property to another party you seriously need to get an attorney specializing in such matters. Seriously, and the buyer should foot the costs of legal counsel.

   If you are serious about this, I would consult with an intellectual property attorney.  There are myriad issues that need to be negotiated and if you want the best possible protection for yourself and the best possible outcome, I cannot recommend this highly enough.
