Connect HG20 to a MacBook Pro as external

   From My HG20 I can download files to the computer and also to Final Cut and IMovie but I would like to record from this camera but the connection to USB is no enough. There is also an option of output life video to HDMI an Composite but I dont know how to make the connections.
