I shot a seminar where the speaker imatated a quote for 3-4 seconds - "I was very angry", from the Bugs Bunny character Marvin The Martion. He brought my attention to this asking if it was legal to include in the video. Can I get some feedback about this from you folks?

I seriously doubt Warner Brothers is going to sweat you over that. Now if the speaker is trying to use that as his 'signature line', yeah the WB's suits would definitely be knocking on the door.
