capturing from camera to DVD

   I have an upcoming project that requires me to film capture and output to DVD. What equiptment do I need and how can this be accomplished. I am using a sony vx200 and a laptop. I will need to have the DVD's avaliable within the hour of filming. I'ts for a horse show and the riders want to see their runs immediately. I appreciate any input you may have

   For shoots like this we use a DVD recorder.
   RCA or DV out from camera into recorder.
