can we import effects into FCP?

    IMovie HD has some stock effects like rain and fog. can they be imported into FCP? if so how?

   I doubt it will work, but you would have to find the plugins folder for Imovie and copy/paste the plugins into FInal Cut's plugin folder...I don't have a mac, so you'll have to look for it...It should be somewhere in Applications>Final cut folder.  If it works, the effects should atomagically load when you open final cut....Gl
