Unable to get the Menu or Function screen to pop up on my 6 mo. old CamCorder.
Tried to Reset device and still no luck.
Contacted support and they want me to ship it to the Service Factory.
That means I wont have the camcorder during Christmas.
Anyone know how I can Manually reset the device or at least pull off the movies before I ship it out?
