   can someone help me know where I can download blood burst or muzzles flashes?. or maybe how to make them. thank you.

    For the muzzel flashes you could try particle illusion by wondertouch.  I think you can download a fullly functional 30 day trial of either their SE version or the more powerfull 3.0 version.  Don't know about the blood burst.  The link is below.
