Avid Liquid 7 Pro Breakout box

   I have just installed Avid Liquid 7 on to a brand new computer and and it can't find drivers for the breakout box.
   In the device manager on the computer it comes up with a ? USB device when I plug the breakout box to the USB port but there is no problem when I plug a different USB device to the computer.
   I am thinking that there is a fault with the breakout box itself is there anyone else had the same problem and might have some advice to cure it.

   New Zealand? The problem is likely due to the fact that you're on the bottom of the planet. Turn the box upside down and it should work just fine.
