Avatar editing ability broken?

   A question on the threads brought me to test the ability to edit/change my avatar here - to no avail. Videomaker powers-that-be, can you guys take a looksee and fix it. People, including myself, are getting tired of my TV-3 ball cap :-)

   Welllllll, I CAN moderate by editing, deleting or admonishing, but the powers-that-be do not provide me with "fix it" rights for the program and stuff. Otherwise, my seasonal grumpy Santa photo would be featured through Christmas, and that other guy could get the question-mark off his silhouette :-)

   I only moderate because of the money ;-)
