Any JVC mini dv camcorders with analog-digital pass through?

   Are their any JVC mini dv camcorders out there with av input which would allow for analog-to-digital pass through? I have all these old hi-8 and vhs tapes that I want to transfer to my pc to edit/burn to dvd. I don't want to spend more than $500.
