Hello all, help would be greatly appreciated here!

Shot my final film for college over the long weekend on the GY-HD111 and it was the first time that I have shot in HD. I have lots of footage but on importing the visuals are way to fast, which leads me to believe there is a problem with the frame rate it was shot in. The audio is correct speed.

Now, I was unsure what frame rate etc to choose and was advised (ahem) to shoot in 50/25 which I think is what I did (but since then I have checked the camera and it says HDV-HD25, but I dunno if it's reset or what, I'm not that familiar with the settings).

So anyway, I really hope there is something I can do to salvage the footage as it is good otherwise! I have played it through the camera onto a normal plasma screen tv and the visuals are the correct speed! I'm thinking that if I can't change the frame rate (or whatever the problem is) I can put it through a tv and tape the output signal and edit it with a loss of detail...

    Can anyone help me?

    Thanks for your time guys!
