I have done some research on Cameras and it came down to these-: (,within my budget-),
    1-) ,Panasonic AGDVX100
    2-) ,Sony DCR-VX2000
    3-) ,Canon XL1
    4-) ,Canon GL2
My goal is to film Low Budget films with the highest Quality i can afford-.,
If anyone owns any of these cameras-, ,please let me know how they are-, ,and in comparecent to the others-.,

Hey mate, if you got a little bit more cash why don't you get a DV Cam or hd Panasonics around 6 0r 7 thousand dollars us, help you in the long run and you can also shoot it for broadcast work too. But if that you price range go with the VX 2000, my flat mate brought one from Japan, which was NTSC, it was superB and the opitcal focus and zoom was 2nd to none, with the Canon XL1 there a problem with there image stablizer, it not true working part but Canon assits that their true lens compates for this error, which is crap really, but yeah, it worth to have a look at pd150 closer looking to the vx 2000 it also has xlr port unlike vx 2000 and true 16x9 function. Your pick man, give us a shout out on what you picked cheers Mike

I'd hold on just a little longer if you can-two of these cams(the Panny and the Sony)are being updated-word is still sketchy on the Canons.

But if you can't wait,I'd go with the DVX for all of the obvious reasons. And I've heard it on good word that the DVX is real good in cold weather!
