   How do I move videos from the computer to MiniDV?

   In Sony Vegas, you use "Print To Tape".  Can't speak to other NLE's but I would imagine Premiere must have something to do this if Vegas does.

    Premiere Pro CS3 is File > Export... >Export to Tape...

   I'm sure CS4 is the same - not sure of earlier versions or Premiere Elements, though they are probably similar.
