   Sealed bids will be accepted at the MCTV Office, Grace A. Dow Memorial Library, 1710 West St. Andrews Street, Midland, Michigan 48640, until 3:00 PM, Friday, December 12, 2003. Technical questions shall be directed to Ron Beacom, MCTV Director, at (989) 837-3475. All equipment shall be available for inspection on the day of the sale between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM in the MCTV studio. Equipment shall be paid for and picked up by 2:00 PM Monday, December 15, 2003.
