Hi all.  I'm finishing editing an indie feature shot on a Panasonic in 720p, 24p.  Unfortunately, we shot some footage in 30fps.  Does anyone know a good way to convert the 30fps footage to 24fps for use in my 24p timeline?  I'm using Premiere.  the 30ps comes in with a "pulldown" but the resulting output has motion lines that look terrible.  I'd really appreciate any help.  Thanks so much.

Quick and Dirty option might be Aimersoft Video Converter. I was converting fps for youtube videos and it's fast. The fps is in the advanced settings I believe.

Have you solved this yet?  Did you shoot in 30p or 60i?

Try opening a new project for just your 30fps footage and import your footage.  Then export to AVI.  Then import that AVI into your 24fps project.
