16:9 in quicktime on PC

   I currently have Premiere pro CS3 and I am having trouble exporting quicktime videos in 16:9.  I have tried using almost every compressor adobe has for quicktime and have the resolution set to 720 x 480.  I can get CS3 to export 16:9 microsoft AVI files just fine, its just the quicktime files, that are giving me trouble.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
