   I have 2 questions. One how do I get my final video to switch to 16:9 so that I have black bars at the top and bottom of my product and 2 I want to make a vcd but when I export it to vcd it looks horrible. I played with the settings but no go. Thanx

   In general VCD will look horrible compared to anything else - about as bad as a VHS recorded on extra long play or worse. SVCD will give you some better quality at the expense of a larger file.
   
   Basically if you don't care about the quality of the recording, use VCD or SVCD. If you want good quality then move to DVD - DVD writers are only $140 or so now.
