Duplicate your video layer, reposition it enough to cover the dust particle, then mask around it. Believe it is a dust particle on the lense. Checking if masking is the only way to fix this issue? I noticed that the dark areas are ok but when masking the light areas there is not much effect. Is there a better image then GIF to Use? </p>
