<description>&#60;p&#62; Ok When you have vegas open place you marker on the timeline where you want to capture the thumbnail then look at you preview window and at the top of the preview window is a little diskette symbol click on that and it will save your snapshot to file. there you go hope I was able to explain that clearly enough&#60;/p&#62;</description>
