The editing software is the same, but Final Cut Studio comes with Motion ( 3d and Graphic work) Live type, Color, Compressor and many more cool aplications. FCE4 comes with Live type tough. If you don't need Motion, better stick to the Express version.

Hello all,

I've got a question for you all. I recently purchased Final Cut Express to work on a series I'm developing. When I did research initially I found that Final Cut Express was a very nice program and that there weren't really that many differences between Pro and Express.

Could some of you point out what the differences between Final Cut Pro and Final Cut Express are? (Other than the pricetag)
