Hello. I am trying to figure out what the deal is with Adobe Ultra.

I understand Ultra used to be made by a company called 'Serious Magic.' If I have my facts right, Adobe bought Ultra, and then incorporated it into Premiere CS3. Now I am told that Adobe no longer makes Ultra, or even really supports it (if you can even find an old copy), even though many people believe it is the best chroma-keyer around.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oVAjcs0cObQ&eurl=http%3A%2F%2Fforums%2Ecreativecow%2Enet%2Freadpost%2F24%2F895628&feature=player_embedded

What is the deal with Ultra? And what do people use for clean keying, if they cannot get Ultra?

Does anyone know where I can get a book or manual or some type of documentation on Ultra CS3 that will help me learn the program? I have the documentation that comes with the program, but that is just the tech specs and what the icons do, etc. I need something that will help walk me through the various steps to do the features, such as importing my own greenscreen and background video and how to troubleshoot, that sort of thing, and I haven't been able to find anything of much help. I go to the Adobe tutorials, and that is of limited help and not really in sequence.

Thanks,
