Yea, I jumped into this head first so this is what I get.

I filmed an 8 hour presentation complete with about 150 slides on a power point presentation. I got the file in 2 forms: pdf of each slide and a powerpoint file. I went to the pdf and exported all slides into TIFF files and was inserting them into my video.

All WAS well until I used the track motion to shrink the slide and put it in a corner of the screen so you can still see the presenter. The image gets very blurry and crappy, mostly illegible.

What do I do? Should I have exported them differently somehow? I tried turn the slideshow into an avi video file by putting all the slides in a session and rendering that down, but that didn't work either. Same issue.

After looking up some stuff I know that ppt is annoying to work with, but hoping someone on here has some ideas on how to best make it so those files are clear when they are shrunken down.

Please help!

When creating a video picture album it is almost impossible for a customer to make copies of the pictures in the slideshow. Is there some other format to use that you can have music plus access to copy the pictures. I know that I can make two files one slideshow and one data but if possible would like to make just one. Thanks

I have been producing photo slideshow videos independently for 5 or 6 years now but have never been able to break into the market for getting a contract with a funeral home and producing for them on a regular basis since every one of them in my area already have their own contracts with other production companies. Recently I discovered a new funeral home coming to the area and I really want to give it my best shot to pick up a contract with them. I have produced a demo reel of some of my most recent and best slideshow videos but I am not sure what I should ask for charge costs. I have my own current price rates but I don't know what one should ask as a fair price to a funeral home business. Does anyone do this and if so what do you charge for a video to a funeral business? I don't want to overcharge them, yet I don't want to be getting paid literally nothing for the work I put into it as well.

I've started to offer slideshows using ProShow Producer software from Photodex. I'm looking for some very upscale DVD cases as I'm charging handsomly for these. Any ideas?
