One thing I have noticed when I do effects such as overlaying footage on top of each other or freeze framing, just to name a few. When I output the project on DVD and I play back on a regular TV, the video looks really shakey and not smooth as it does in Final Cut and online. Any thoughts as to why this happens? Should I be exporting in a different format? These flickering horizontal lines are somewhat distracting from the main subject. I've tried burning at a slower rate. Any advice? </p>
