I would like to know where the best place to find upcoming festivals and contests is. I don't currently have a project ready to ship but I am working on one so I would like to be able to keep tabs on what things are coming up when I do. I live in Nashville, so there isn't a whole lot around me, and so I am willing to travel, I just don't know where to find the things. Staged at the historic City Stage Theater in downtown Wilmington, the 9th annual festival will be held from May 1-3 for three days of short films, socializing and great prizes. There will be a $1000 grand prize for best short, as well as individual category prizes. Short films of any genre are accepted and must be 41 minutes in length or less. Submissions must be made on NTSC DVD or VHS.
