"Sounds like they may be short on vision and looking for someone to show them the light."

COL,

Which is why in my professional opinion I say they'd be better off just going to a pro firm to conceive and make their 'viral' video that's on point with their product instead of trying to get something for free (excuse me $1k) that will be assuredly more 'miss than hit'.

Hmmm. I read it another way. My understanding was to produce a video showing your vision of the healing powers of light, not specific to their product. Kinda like how light therapy helps those that have a hard time with winter's darkness.

I do agree that $1000 for something that might become a part of their ad campain seems small compared to what they would gain, and no garantees that they would not just use the idea instead of the actual video for their ads. Sounds like they may be short on vision and looking for someone to show them the light.

So contest participants are supposed to go out and find a doctor using your product, convince said doctor to let them shoot the product in action, then produce a video at their own expense of a quality to both represent your product and be engaging enough to go viral all on the hope that you'll pay them $1k for it? Just spend the cash and get a firm that specializes in that kind of thing. You'll come out the better for it.

Hi there,

Sorry, I thought I had added the link to the YouTube channel rather than just the video. The channel is at http://www.youtube.com/eraofficial, and here you will see the above video with details of the competition in the viodeo description.

The competition itself is running in association with Talenthouse - to enter you need to sign up to Talenthouse and participate in the contest: http://www.talenthouse.com/creativeinvites/show/detail/113

You don't pay to enter this contest, but you will need to submit a video entry. Once the entries have been submitted, you need to spread the word amongst your friends and ask them to vote for your submission.

Full details of the prize can be found at the Talenthouse link.

Many thanks.

Okay, where does one go to look up this contest let alone enter it? You say there's a $10k value equipment grand prize, what's the equipment? If someone should actually win this, when would you plan to pay off? Oh and how much does it cost to enter this contest? We get a lot of 'contest' adverts around here and the majority of them are ripoffs. So far yours is sketchy with the details and therefore suspect.

 Dear All,

We’re launching a new contest to promote the “Made in Italy” shoes brand to the entire world! The Italians know they have some of the best shoes in the world, but we want to see how people outside Italy perceive their shoes.

This contest is promoted by ANCI, the Italian Footwear Manufacturers' Association, which includes more than 750 Italian shoe companies. The slogan by ANCI is “I Love Italian Shoes”. Therefore, it must capture the essence of Italian quality, innovation, design, culture, and history--the values that distinguish Italy’s fashion and way of life.

The contest is hosted by Zooppa, a space for social advertising through user-generated content.

The prize is 4000$.

The competition is now open! You have until February 26 to participate with your ideas! Here is the brief in the attachment. Check the link for more details http://www.zooppa.com/contests/i-love-italian-shoes/brief

See you soon!
