Yea, I jumped into this head first so this is what I get.

I filmed an 8 hour presentation complete with about 150 slides on a power point presentation. I got the file in 2 forms: pdf of each slide and a powerpoint file. I went to the pdf and exported all slides into TIFF files and was inserting them into my video.

All WAS well until I used the track motion to shrink the slide and put it in a corner of the screen so you can still see the presenter. The image gets very blurry and crappy, mostly illegible.

What do I do? Should I have exported them differently somehow? I tried turn the slideshow into an avi video file by putting all the slides in a session and rendering that down, but that didn't work either. Same issue.

After looking up some stuff I know that ppt is annoying to work with, but hoping someone on here has some ideas on how to best make it so those files are clear when they are shrunken down.

Please help!

Does anyone in the forum know of, or can recommend, a software package that will allow the use of a PowerPoint, video, or whatever is on the PC desktop screen to show up behind the user in real-time?

I want to be able to do this while creating a video. Thanks.

Looking for help with "Producer for PowerPoint".

This is free software (full name: "Microsoft Producer for PowerPoint 2003") which allows me to sync video with PowerPoint slides.
I use it often to upload WMV videos to our web.
It works well on my PC, but I'm having issues when using it on my iMac (details, below).

Two questions:
1.
Is there ANYTHING out there for sale that does this as well or better?
2.
Does anyone else use this software on the PC-side of their Mac?
If so, have you had any problems...and how did you resolve them?

Details of iMac (PC-side) issue with "Producer":
After dropping in PPT and publishing the presentation, you get a prompt to review the video on Internet Explorer.
When I select to view, the video plays without problem, but the PPT slides are not visable and I get an error message where the slides should be.

Additional info:
iMac used is running Windows XP, and Producer version 2.0.1Â
