I have recently uploaded a "blog" to my FTP site titled "Adding Microphone Input to JVC Everio Camcorder" (got advice from <a href="http://videomaker.com/community/forums/topic/adding-a-mic-jack">here</a>). When a cable is connected to A/V while Analog Input is enabled, the camera attempts to get input (audio and video) through the A/V source.</p> <p>What I want to do is get audio input through an external microphone while recording video through the camera. Unfortunately, my camcorder does not have a microphone jack.
