All I know of is to buy the accessories through JVC itself, by phone or through online purchase of camera accessories at retail value.

I am selling my Sony VX1000 camcorder, which is in very mint condition. The camera works great and looks as good as the day I got it. With this package, you get the camera, a modded raynox fisheye lens, a step up ring, a filter, 2 batteries, a charger, a remote, an operating manual, a padded carrying bag, mini dv tapes, and all the standard cords and cables. I'm looking for $900 for this whole package. If interested or if you have questions, shoot me an email at andreforte@comcast.net or call me at 503-888-0517. Thanks!

Hello all,

I recently purchased a JVC GR-HD1 through eBay. The camera itself is in pristine condition, somehow, and works perfectly. My only problem is that I didn't get all the usual accessories one would get normally. Most of the accessories aren't really a concern for me, I can find batteries and chargers for it easily. My main concern is that I don't have an AC cable so I can't plug into a wall for power. Now I can buy a bunch of extra batteries and an extra charger to keep them charged but that can get kind of heavy. Anyone out there know where I could get an accessory pack for the JVC GR-HD1 or at the very least an AC cable so I can plug into a wall?

Thanks! (b'-')b

The ad says "in-person transactions only" but since you guys are visiting the videomaker forum, I'd assume your not a scammer. So I'll accept checks mailed to me; however, I won't ship out the camera until the check clears.Â

Thanks jburkhart. I think I'll be doing that -- I'll probably get a shotgun mic and a set of lapel mic. How about for lighting? What standard lighting gear should I have to deal with situations indoor & outdoor?

Cant stress enough to get decent microphones. A shotgun mic is best for shooting outside, but since your planning to do mostly indoor events, a wireless lavaliere set or cardioid (standard hand held mic) would be extremely valuable.

I'm an aspiring videographer planning to purchase a agvhx200. What kind of accessories should I get for a start? I plan to get into the business of doing video coverages (audio visual presentations, music videos, & wedding coverage). Thanks.
