Digital Anarchy's ToonIt! is a plug-in available for After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Motion and Premiere Pro that generates cartoon-like images from video footage without having to perform manual hand painting or rotoscoping. There are four filters for rendering video, and a number of different styles are included, including flat cartoon, graphic novel, line art, stipple and pen and ink.
